| Project description | Independent Living Alternatives (ILA) works with disabled people living independently across London. Personal Assistants support people who live in their own homes by providing personal assistance such as helping someone to get dressed, have a bath and go to the loo as well as practical assistance such as cleaning, shopping and housework. |
