| Project description | The core function of the VOLU Training Centre (VTC) is to plan and organise human resources capacity development through educational and training programmes that put emphasis on Vocational/ technical skills acquisitions, and other functional literacy programmes that are in consonance with governments’ educational & employment policies, and that adhere to the NVTI accreditation standards. The present VOLU Executive & Management boards had made it one of its strategic policies to rehabilitate, and reverse the centre to its basis, thus its original objective of manpower training. |
