Project description | Kampala School for the physically handicapped (KSFPH) is a primary school catering for the educational needs of disabled children. Started in 1968 by a few parents of cerebral palsied children, the school aims at educating, rehabilitating and equipping physically handicapped children for self-reliance and development. The national syllabus including activities like sports, music, dance and drama, spiritual fellowship and education is followed.
It also offers vocational training (e.g. in tailoring, screen printing and craft) to children that cannot continue with further education. |
